From one second-hand press to a regional label manufacturer
Matrix 360 Limited was founded in 2019 in Nairobi, starting with a single second-hand flexo press and a small warehouse. In 2020, we partnered with Print Arena in China to strengthen our production capability. In 2021, we made the decision to divest our metal packaging and film operations to focus solely on self-adhesive labels — a bet on doing one thing exceptionally well rather than many things adequately. In 2022, we acquired Interlabels Kenya to deepen our regional footprint, and in 2024 we expanded into Uganda and Tanzania while moving into a new, state-of-the-art facility in Kenya.
As part of the global Matrix 360 Group, we now combine international print standards with the on-the-ground expertise East African brands need — printing for food & beverage, personal care, home care, automotive, and pharmaceutical customers who need their labels to perform as well as they look.
